IFoN sets strict standards in terms of fairness, transparancy and ethics !
according to the UN-CRPD for People with a disability
As the international Fed. of legal representatives of ID-Judoka.

IFoN not only monitors the conduct of the tournaments, but also checks overall for any violations of fairness, transperency and safety. It analyzes the competition rules and monitors compliance.
If a violation is found, the IFoN will even outlaw the tournament if necessary and, in addition to issuing a critical tournament inspection certificate, will advise the world sports federations of further action to be taken against those responsible. In case of unfairness of the teams, coaches and attendants, the IFoN can direct itself against single ID-Judoka or whole delegations as well as against the organizer and the tournament performance. It must be ensured that the UN-CRPD rights of human dignity, equality and care towards the mentally disabled judoka as a whole are respected and promoted. Respect in the conduct, equality and fairness in the Paralympic starting classes and respectful care towards the ID judoka and their legal representatives during the tournaments worldwide.

IFoN’s monitoring ensures that tournaments are conducted in a fair and professional manner. This not only enhances the credibility and value of the tournaments, but also provides a better competition experience for all involved. IFoN works closely with the organizers to ensure that all participants have equal opportunities and that the rules are followed.

Thanks to the work of IFoN, it is possible to hold high quality and challenging ID Judo tournaments at World & Continental level, where the best ID Judoka in the world can compete against each other. IFoN thus contributes significantly to the development and professionalization of judo for people with intellectual disabilities in competitive sports and is an important partner for ID judoka, organizers and fans alike.

For a good world in sport in the sense of the athetes.
